What we treat at sick visits
Most acute illnesses don't need a hospital, they need a primary care provider who knows you. Common reasons patients will come in for a sick visit:
- Cold, cough, sore throat, and seasonal flu
- Sinus infections and seasonal allergies flares
- Bronchitis and chest congestion
- Pneumonia (mild to moderate, outpatient)
- Urinary tract infections (UTIs)
- Skin infections, rashes, and minor wound care
- Stomach bugs, nausea, and acute GI complaints
- Ear infections and ear pain
- Pink eye and styes
- Mild to moderate asthma flare-ups
